TEMPORARY WINTER CARETAKER NEEDED in fairly remote, rural San Luis Obispo County, on the Salinas River. Groundskeeping (minimal in Winter), house cleaning and minor maintenance tasks required in exchange for separate housing in an updated mobile home with all utilities paid, including Internet and propane central heat plus a small stipend. Suitable for only one non-smoking person. Dates are flexible, minimum three months possibly longer (we'll know before you start).
