CARETAKER NEEDED in Abingdon, VA (Southwest Virginia). Seeking a motivated, responsible, physically fit individual/couple to oversee and maintain our mountain home estate. Responsibilities: security, mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, maintenance, home cleaning, some special projects. Mechanical and gardening experience is a plus. In exchange, ON PROPERTY- your stand-alone unfurnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with kitchen, dining and living area, Washer/Dryer, and garage. Utilities included. Expectations: average 15 hours/week of work. You will need income to cover your daily expenses. This would be ideal if you have a remote job or are retired.
