THE OWNERS OF A 10 ACRE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY, in a rural setting 15 minutes from downtown Bellingham, Washington are looking for a live in caretaker(s) to live rent free in a very comfortable detached two-story, one bedroom house with garage and a beautiful, quiet, unobstructed view. To start ASAP. In exchange for rent free ($2,000 value), the caretakers will be responsible for a light schedule (30-40 hours a month depending on the season) of general maintenance, lawn and garden care, managing trash, recyclables, occasional personal errands, minor repairs and overseeing the property while we are frequently away including contracting for professional help if necessary for repairs.
