Email Broadcast Ads are emailed to our subscribers within 24 hours of receipt of your ad and payment. This is a great way to get your ad out if you missed the deadline for a classified ad. This is also a great way to advertise urgent / immediate needs. Your ad will get even more exposure because, in addition to being broadcast via email, your ad will also appear on our Welcome Page for 24 hours for our subscribers.

LIVE-IN PROPERTY CARETAKER NEEDED. A two-bedroom farmhouse on a family-owned scenic property in Hampden, Massachusetts is available rent free in return for property caretaking and light housekeeping. Beyond maintaining a presence on the property, the caretaker is responsible for general maintenance, e.g. mowing, tending to gutters, small handyman projects, transporting trash to the transfer station, maintaining the fence line, etc. Light housekeeping of the owners' adjacent house involves periodic cleaning and laundering linens. The owners do not live on the property but visit fairly regularly. The caretaker house is unfurnished except for kitchen and laundry appliances. Couples and long-term applicants preferred.
