Since 1983, when we first started publishing the Gazette, we
have been asked just about every kind of caretaker and housesitter question
imaginable. We often have property owners ask us how to find and compensate a
caretaker/housesitter for their property needs and prospective
caretakers/housesitters ask us how to get started in the property caretaking/housesitting
field.
In response
to your questions, we have published a Report on Caretaking which answers the
basic questions about property caretaking. The Report answers questions such
as:
What is a caretaker?
Is caretaking a new profession?
Who hires caretakers?
What skills and experience are required for caretaking?
What are duties and responsibilities of a caretaker?
What should one consider when applying for a caretaking
position?
What should a landowner look for when hiring a caretaker?
Are there any financial benefits for landowners who utilize
caretakers?
Is caretaking suitable for retirees, families, single women
and RVers?
And more
The
Caretaker Gazette Report on Caretaking is the only publication of its kind and you will not find this information anywhere else!
