ORGANIC FARMSTAY OPPORTUNITY available in the Matanuska Valley. We are one hour north of Anchorage. We have private and shared rooms available that include a bathroom, kitchenette, living space, and washer/dryer. A spare car to share is available on weekends. Bicycles are available to use. Need help farming five days a week, around four hours a day. Weekends are free to explore. We grow strawberries, zucchini, cabbage, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, corn, cucumbers, kale, artichokes, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. We sell these vegetables at two different Farmers Markets in Anchorage on Saturdays for all who want to come join us. Arizona/Florida

CARETAKER NEEDED. I have two homes – one in Arizona where I spend the majority of my time, and my other home is in Florida. I have a 40-acre Arizona ranch. Tasks include equipment and grounds maintenance (tractor, golf carts, all vehicles, generators, blowers, fences, lights, fans, etc.). Basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills required. ANIMAL AND RANCH CARETAKER needed. Looking for a reliable good natured individual with attention to detail to help care for the animals on the property. The property is home to horses, cows, birds, alpacas and more. The ideal person has some experience with horses, but this is not a riding job. Operating skid steer, tractors, trailers, and other large equipment is a plus. Building, construction, mechanical and welding talents are always appreciated. There is only a small staff, so slackers are not appreciated. You must be physically fit to lift a bale of hay. PROPERTY AND ANIMAL CARETAKER needed for a southeastern Arizona property. Live rent and utility free in a 350 sq. ft. casita, at a 4,780 ft. elevation, in exchange for property and critter care. Additional limited storage is available on the property. Looking for someone reasonably healthy who will complete minor maintenance duties and critter care and feeding in my absence. Experience with tractor operation is a plus. Horses, donkeys, dogs, and cats need care and feeding when I am away or working long hours. A background check is required. WE NEED A HOUSE SITTER for our home in Scottsdale. We are leaving for an annual trip to Australia on September 1st and will return around November 1st. We are also interested in a potential house swap and are open to the dates for that being different (meaning, we can sit your home at a later date convenient to you). If you’re Australian and live in Melbourne, perfect! If you own a home in the US and it’s near the coast this could work as well. We live in the Desert Mountain neighborhood, with beautiful views. We have a young Malamute who will need taking care of while we are gone, and a small front garden area (that will need tending while we are gone).
